In the market, there are very few dedicated door-to-door delivery/pickup service in Hong Kong especially in non-commercial areas. Currently, courier companies and the local post office are the primary platform for delivery services and there are no tailor-made solutions for the senders with special requests.
We want to use our HeyDove platform to create demand for dedicated direct delivery services. At the same time, we want to leverage on the everyday commuters (individual couriers) to meet that demand.
